    In August 1995, Tim started his real estate career as a Realtor®. 

    He is a Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI), and a Certified 

    Residential Specialist (CRS) He is a past chairman of the Aurora

    Association of Realtors Education Committee, and currently serves

    Chair of the Grievance committee (handling complaints filed against

    other Realtors). Tim is active in the real estate community and stays

    abreast of the dynamic and constant changes in Colorado real

    estate.   Tim has sold over 50 Million Dollars in Colorado real estate.
